How should I store my caviar, and how long does it last?

Keep unopened tins refrigerated at −4 °C to +2 °C (25 °F to 35 °F). Consume by the “use by” date on the packaging. Once opened, enjoy within 1–2 days for peak freshness.

What shipping options and delivery times do you offer?

UK: 1 working day dispatch if ordered before 13:00 GMT; next‑day delivery thereafter.

EU & UAE: Delivery within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Free Shipping: On all orders over 250€.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may cancel or change your order up until it ships—just email us your request (with order number) at 55@thenaturalcaviar.com. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible, though we’ll happily address any damaged or incorrect deliveries.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes—our standard service covers the UK, EU, and UAE. For other destinations, drop us a line at 55@thenaturalcaviar.com with your location for a custom quote and timeline.
